EXECUTIVE COACHING

Executive Coaching gives senior executives and experienced managers the support they need to manage more effectively, and improve their personal and organisational performance.

Executive Coaching can proceed either on a flexible needs-based or a more structured approach. The latter is typically based around a series of five or six sessions. While most coaching sessions are one-to-one, we can also structure programs around a mix of individual and group sessions - a powerful method when implementing a leadership development program at the organisational level. We consult with you before starting to identify broad goals for the group or individual participants.

In a standard one-to-one program, Session 1 is an extended evaluation session to:

  • Incorporate initial goals and directions
  • Clarify tools and instruments for benchmarking
  • Undertake a personal or management profile including potential use of a 360° process
  • Focus on identifying issues and setting a platform for future sessions

The next sessions are based around building both self-awareness and capability, enhancing your leadership capability and approach, and addressing specific challenges. Midstream evaluation may lead to new directions to ensure that the most possible positive progress is achieved.
